Networking and Business Interpersonal Skills

Drawing on several years of running professional and social networks, I offer personalised workshops for small groups, as well as one on on sessions, to provide essential networking skills. The training is targeted and practical and includes role play and real-world scenarios.

I also provide professional mentoring focusing on business interpersonal skills, how to develop and action a networking strategy, assessing the value of contacts, modes of networking and the maintenance of effective professional relationships.

Stakeholder Consultation
Effective communication relies on knowing who you are communicating with and what form of communication works best for them. I am adept at bridging professional cultures and providing an effective conduit to ensure internal and external stakeholders are mutually understood and engaged.

I design the consultation processes and then conduct focus groups and interviews to develop a comprehensive assessment of your stakeholders expectations, information needs and the best way to engage them constructively.

Event Management
My team can plan and execute events ranging from launches, special events, workshops and conferences up to 200 people, even the occassional wedding. 

I have an experienced team of assistants and experts who can bring their expertise to bear as required for a great event.

Online Strategy
I can be engaged to develop a strategy for either a new or existing website/ intranet that will ensure you get results.

Or I can review your current site, provide strategic recommendations and provide a road-map to ensure the channel is working for your organisation in the way you want it to.

I can also be engaged to ensure the design, purpose and functions of the site are clearly defined at the start and are aligned with your policy or business outcomes.
